Mark Newhall

Mark is a connector, investor, recruiter, and advisor to business leaders.

He most recently became the Director of Employer Relations & Recruiting at MIT Sloan School of Management. Mark has 25+ years of recruiting experience, including 18+ years of executive search work for technology companies ranging from startups to public companies. He is the Co-Founder of IdealWave Solutions, a retained executive search firm that assists high growth technology companies. He is also an active advisor, mentor, and angel investor in tech startups in the US and Canada.
